Judy  has been involved in the real estate industry since 1985 and selling since  January 1987 through the various cycles of the economy. Selling raw land, condominiums, residential and small commercial enterprises from Black Creek/Merville to Sayward, handling projects, and referring on the business  outside her service zone to other professionals is her area of expertise.  Providing great service and professional advice for those who have worked with  her over the years has resulted in a very loyal clientele. The bulk of her  business is repeat and referral business, for some families it is a  multi-generational relationship. She stays in contact with her clients, before,  during and after a sale and will give you the good, honest feedback you need to  make informed decisions.

Judy  has won various awards for production and recognition from VIREB (Vancouver  Island Real Estate Board) and for her contributions to the community in general. Some of which include: Realty World’s top award for years of community  service and consistent production: Life Master Associate in 1995, VIREB”s  Medallion Club 1994, as well as ReMax’s President’s Club and 100% Club  since joining ReMax in late 1995. She has received her RRS(Registered Relocation Specialist) and CRES(Certified Real Estate Specialist) designations as well. All of this adds up to top notch service for her clients. Her success ratio with selling listings is one of the highest in the area at: 77.7% since 1991 when VIREB computerized its records.

Judy  is regularly involved with the local MS Campaign, has served as a committee  member in various capacities for VIREB for 15 years, and for 7 years served as  the local Fairy Godmother sending over 70 financially challenged teens their  prom, outfitted from head to toe. She has also raised thousand of dollars and  gathered supplies for foreign medical missions in 2007 and 2008.

She  and her husband, Adrian, have lived in Campbell  River since 1981, raised a family here, done a great deal of travelling and  would not call anywhere else home. They love the natural beauty of the area and  all it has to offer to young and old.
